As I mentioned in last week’s post, this month I’m posting small things I enjoyed on our last summer vacation to Italy. One day we ventured off the main road to check out a little mountainside village. We wound our way figure-eighting up to Falmenta, where it where all you could hear was the wind blowing through the trees. I appreciated the simple potted plants located around the village and at people’s front doorsteps. I’ve included a couple of bonus shot below, one of more flowers and one of a building with the stunning mountain backdrop.
