
I was amazed at the variety of cacti and the beauty of the arrangement of the plants at the Jardin Etnobotanico in Oaxaca City, Mexico. Previously I shared an amazing kapok tree in the jardin as well as a few of the birds I saw there. The above photo is a close up of the 500 year old barrel cactus shown in the next picture below. Five hundred years old! I’ve included some additional photos of other cacti around the gardens.
