Amalfi Coast Boats

CAPRI * ITALY

There’s something about a boat on the water that makes me happy. There’s a beauty and elegance to it. One of the things I remember most about our vacation to the Amalfi Coast and the Isle of Capri are the many moments of gazing at the boats…whether they were bobbing alone, resting on the shore, or hanging out in groups in a marina…all awaiting their next adventure. Maybe part of the allure is that when I was a teenager, my parents bought a small motor boat that took us on many adventures. My dad, mom, brother and I all learned to water ski behind it, sometimes we went fishing or sight seeing. We made it a priority to play together wherever we happened to live, be it on a local lake or river, or along the intercoastal canal or in the Gulf of Mexico. How do you feel about boats?
