Ah, just seeing this photo makes me smile. It reminds me of my vacation time on Lake Koronis with my friend Blair. This is the second year we’ve made a special variation on traditional some’mores, using Andes mints instead of Hershey’s chocolate. Simply decadent! A campfire takes me back to so many childhood memories of camping with family and school camps. I’ve included a bonus photo below of the marsh mellow melting over the fire.
