It makes me smile when I catch something unexpected with my camera. One day I was taking photos of the Columbine flowers that grow like weeds in my backyard, and to my delight, I found I’d captured a bee enjoying the flower, too!

Bonus photos: A couple of other flower photo surprises! The first is some tiny grasshopper like critter on my dark pink phlox, the second is a teeny weeny bee on yarrow flowers, and the last a grasshopper in a day lily (probably trying to find moisutre as it had been so dry).
