Isn’t this globe absolutely beautiful? It’s approximately 5″ diameter and rests on on a 3″ crystal block. It was a gift from the Green Building Certification Institute (now Green Business Certification, Inc.), at the end of my service on their Board of Directors. What an absolute honor to be part of this organization in it’s early days when it was formed as an arm of the U.S Green Building Council. I am proud to display it on a bookshelf in my office and love all of the happy memories of co-creating with amazing people that come to me when I see it. [The photo really doesn’t do a very good job of capturing how unique it is. I wish I could find the information that came with it so I could share more with you about the artist.]
