Turtle bowl

I love having ornaments in our home that carry the love of family and friends. This bowl, approximately 6″ in diameter and hand painted, etched in black and rusty oranges, was a gift from Jim’s brother and his wife – something they brought back from a winter holiday in Mexico. It takes a place of honor on a sofa side table in our den and enjoys providing a harbor for the sweet shiny small stones I collected on a beach in Italy back in 2002.
