It’s hard to tell, but this is actually a little 1.5″ X 1.5″ silver plated coin-like piece. (I think the colors are the reflection of my red camera as I took the photo.) It has a flower engraved on the other side. It was a gift from my friend Celeste many years ago when we worked together. It sits on the bookshelves of my office right where I can see it every time I leave the room. It reminds me that wishing and dreaming are important – and to take intentional action, even the smallest of steps, toward them.
