This is a 3-inch square ceramic tile that my dear friend Celeste gave to me. It hangs in my office to inspire lightheartedness and fun. Celeste and I met some 15+ years ago when she was a an internal client of mine at IBM and we collaborated on the management of a certification program for IT hardware (specifically storage) professionals. We started a tradition of bringing each other little gifts when we met up for the various examination development meetings we’d hold with subject matter experts at different locations around the country. Thinking back on those special days makes me smile, and appreciating our friendship fills me with joy.
